Ms. Sarah Bond

Sarah Bond is Director of for business sake consulting limited, a specialist consulting practice with deep expertise in diversity, inclusion and organisational change. Sarah founded the company in 2012 following seven years as European Head of Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement for KPMG, the global professional services firm.

Sarah has almost 20 years’ hands-on experience of advising on and leading change on diversity and inclusion. Since founding for business sake, Sarah has been the lead consultant or collaborator on facilitation, consulting, research and development projects for organisations in the private, public and humanitarian sectors including Allianz, Babcock International Group, the UK government’s Department for Business Innovation and Skills, EY, KPMG, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Virgin and Vodafone.

Sarah has an MA in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Gender and Social Policy from the University of Bristol. She has a keen interest in group dynamics and is a member of the Organisational Development Network for Europe (ODNE). In March 2013 she was awarded a Practitioner Certificate in Consulting and Change from The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations. Sarah was formerly an external adviser on diversity and inclusion for the UK government at the Department for Business Innovation and Skills and has recently been appointed Director of Conference Board’s European Diversity and Inclusion in Business Council.
