Jordi del Bas

Jordi is a professor of Global Corporate Strategy at the Maastricht School of Management (MSM), which is part of the School of Business and Economics (SBE) of Maastricht University. He is a senior accredited trainer on evaluation by the Secretariat General of the European Commission and at the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA). Fellow researcher and visiting professor at the Global Business Research Centre of the EADA Business School in Barcelona, his current research focuses on a longitudinal study on the mechanisms linking organizational culture, well-being at work and sustainable organizational performance.

Besides teaching and conducting academic research, Jordi works as an independent evaluator and organizational development specialist. He has worked with international agencies such as the European Commission and several agencies of the UN System (UNDP, ECLAC, IFAD, The World Bank) in more than sixty countries worldwide. In the United Nations system, he co-led the first corporate developmental evaluation and adaptive management movement in UNFPA.
