Sebastian Hafenbrädl

Sebastian Hafenbrädl is a researcher at the Faculty of Business and Economics (HEC) at the University of Lausanne, where he also teaches in the bachelor and master program. His research interests revolve around managerial decision making and the interplay of its economic and psychological underpinnings, such as the dark side of competition and decisions with potentially unethical consequences. Before earning his Ph.D. at HEC, he studied management and electrical engineering at the Technical University of Munich in Germany and gained practical experience in multiple large and small companies and consulting projects.
