Ms. Sanja Cvoro is well-rounded results-oriented Legal and HR Business Partner, with strong legal background and more than 11 years of experience in the multicultural environment (United Nations System, Diplomatic Missions but also Private Sector).
Her expertise lies in Strategic HR Management and Organisational Development, Recruitment, Staffing and Talent Management, Policy Development, HR Administration, Performance Management, Capacity Building, Coaching and Mentoring, Conflict Prevention and Resolution (Administration of Justice), as well as alignment of HR management with Organisation’s mandate, purpose and operations through provision of effective advisory services and efficient service delivery on broad range of operational issues. She has a track record of managing projects leading to streamlining of admin procedures both within HR as well as in programme management, where she was in charge of the management and implementation of the overall budget for three Global Projects (roughly US$ 55 mil. worth of portfolio) and operations in more than 30 countries, while overseeing the global HR and Finance Team spread in more than 20 countries. She always bridges the gaps by bringing to the table her cross-functional legal, HR, finance and administration expertise. She proposes targeted solutions that emphasise added value, purpose and meaning.
