Prof. Elisabeth Kelan
Elisabeth Kelan is Professor of Leadership and Organization at King’s College London. Her research focuses on women in leadership, men as change agents for gender equality, generations at work, technology in organizations, and diversity, inclusion and belonging. Her more recent work explores future of work, digitalization and gender.
She is an author of five books, including the recent Men Stepping Forward, based on her research on men as change agents and now, Patterns of Inclusion: How Gender Matters for Automation, Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Work.
She has also published numerous peer-reviewed articles in leading academic journals, such as the British Journal of Management amongst other leading publications. She edits the Routledge Studies in Gender and Organizations book series, in addition to being on the editorial boards of the British Journal of Management, Management Learning, and Gender in Management.
On top of this, she regularly provides thought leadership and consulting to businesses and international organizations, including the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC).
