Paul Knox Clarke

Paul Knox Clarke is an expert in leadership, decision-making and change in international organizations. He began his career managing humanitarian programmes in a number of conflict environments, before being asked to lead change initiatives in a United Nation (UN) organization. On leaving the UN, he became CEO of a specialized consultancy, where he provided support to strategy development and implementation, restructuring exercises and leadership development activities in a range of UN agencies and international NGOs. In addition to his consultancy work, Paul conducts research, and has published a number of reports and articles. He also teaches at Oxford Brookes University.
