Ms. Liz Huckerby

Liz Huckerby is the Chief of Integrated Talent Management and Deputy Director of Office of Human Resources at UNDP. Liz has extensive experience as a Senior Manager and Human Resources practitioner, with a particular background in Talent Management. Liz has expertise in enabling leaders to manage their talent overtly and with confidence, as well as in designing and shaping internal services to align with strategic direction.

She leads a small team based in New York, Copenhagen and Bangkok including engagement, gender and diversity, performance, leadership and learning, strategic sourcing and organizational design.

Liz joined UNDP from the New Zealand Transport Agency, where she has worked as the Group Manager of People and Capability leading a merger of two agencies and where she was a member of the Senior Leadership Team. She has held senior management roles in New Zealand at the Inland Revenue Department and at the State Service Commission, and has undertaken work in other government agencies and has also worked in the private sector as a senior manager at Deloitte.
