Over the past 10 years, his work as a manager has been characterized by collaboration, cooperation and participation. Due to the high (organizational and psychological) demands involved when working with computer forensics, complex cybercrime, internet-related sexual child abuse among other things, Mr. Drougge and his department have been pioneers in terms of looking for ways to prevent and intervene early when detecting issues related to stress and anxiety in their law enforcement colleagues.

Ms. Clefberg and Mr. Drougge have decided to join their perspectives to look at stress from a personal, professional and organizational angle and have developed a set of recommendations in terms of prevention, early detection and intervention at both an individual and organizational level to increase the psychological wellbeing and functioning of people and organizations.
