Eira Fallen

Eira is a Learning Portfolio Manager at the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC), where she oversees a portfolio focused on strengthening analytical and programmatic capacities in fragile and conflict‑affected contexts. Her portfolio spans areas such as conflict analysis, conflict sensitivity, the Humanitarian–Development–Peace Nexus (HDPN), and the Women, Peace & Security (WPS) and Youth, Peace & Security (YPS) agendas.

She has designed and delivered tailored learning solutions in diverse contexts including the Sahel, South Caucasus, Sudan, Somalia, South‑East Europe, and Haiti, working with UN staff, government counterparts, civil society organizations, and uniformed personnel. Eira joined the United Nations in 2019, with her first duty station in Bamako, Mali, and delivers trainings in both English and French. She previously held positions within government agencies and civil society organizations.
