Dr. Gloria Álvarez-Hernández

Gloria Álvarez-Hernández is a lecturer of innovation and strategy at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and at Universidat Oberta de Catalunya. She is also Managing partner and Research and Innovation manager at dubitare, an applied social research firm and a member of the research group of "Observatorio de las Ideas", an organization to detect new ideas and trends that will shape the future.  Previously she developed her international career in ICT multinationals (Nortel Networks, Alcatel-Lucent) in business, strategy, marketing and operations for 14 years. Her main lines of research are creativity, innovation, strategy and knowledge management. She holds a PhD in Social Psychology (Universidad Complutense de Madrid), a Master degree in Telecommunication Engineering (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid), a Master in Business Administration (Instituto de Empresa Business School) and a Master in Creativity and Innovation (Universidade Fernando Pessoa).
