This learning path is designed to support the most valuable resource of the UN system: its people. This is a self-paced modular programme available to all UN staff.
In these times of uncertainty, the United Nations is called to strengthen its own agility and adaptability. The fast pace of change is redefining UN staff roles, and calls on them to perform in a wide variety of challenging circumstances.

This custom learning path forms part of the UNSSC Blue Line leaning platform. This custom learning path has been created specifically to support all UN staff and teams as they face the complex leadership and management challenges stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic.
After registration, participants can start and complete modules and activities at their own pace.
