Introduction

Most organizations change working processes, re-organise, introduce new programmes, services or products, evolve their culture or change leaders on a regular basis. Many managers and experts both in Operations and Programmes are responsible for designing the change strategy and/or managing parts of these processes. While staff are usually experts in their technical area and in what needs to be changed, few staff members are knowledgeable on how to design and manage a change process.
