Tuition includes trainer costs, background and course materials, and refreshments during course breaks. Fees do not cover airfare or accommodation. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and associated costs as well as any visa arrangements. Fees must be paid in EURO at least two weeks prior to the start of the course/workshop.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your place on the course before the beginning of the course, the following applies:
If tuition fee has already been received:
- 100% of the tuition fee net of bank charges will be refunded up to two (2) weeks before the course/workshop begins.
- 50% of the tuition fee net of bank charges will be refunded up to one (1) week before the course/workshop begins.
- No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course with less than one week’s written notice prior to the commencement of the course.
You may also choose to attend one of the other available Regional Skills courses, or nominate someone else to attend in your place.
If tuition fee has not yet been received:
- Up to two (2) weeks before the course/workshop begins, no penalty is applied.
- Up to one (1) week before the course/workshop, a cancellation penalty of 50% of the tuition fee will be applied.
- Less than one week’s written notice prior to the commencement of the course/workshop, a cancellation penalty of 75% of the tuition fee will be applied.
If UNSSC has to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the option of attending one of the other available courses, or receiving a 100% refund of the course fee.
Enrolment in all UNSSC courses is subject to availability and approval by UNSSC staff. All applications will be reviewed by UNSSC.
