Competency Definition: Taking actions that are congruent with what he/she says. Reliably delivering
on promises and honouring commitments made. Demonstrating consistency in upholding and promoting
the values of UNFPA in actions and decisions.
Key Indicators: Intentionally acts as a role model, setting an example for the highest standard
of integrity for all staff through his/her personal behaviour; Demonstrates consistency in upholding
and
promoting the values and HR practices of UNFPA in actions and decisions related to staff and work.
