Competency Definition: Demonstrates the ability to carry out the organisation’s vision to manage
changes, to make sound and timely decisions and be accountable for them, and to lead, build and motivate
the team to achieve planned results.

or contentious nature) which are consistent with UNHCR’s vision and purpose; Assumes responsibility
and
