Competency Definition: WFP Managers possess the ability to quickly and efficiently process large volumes of information of various types. They combine and synthesise information to develop plans, define priorities and objectives, and interpret relevant country and regional events. WFP Managers are also regularly faced with highly complex operational, organisational and strategic challenges. The ability to analyse data and issues to address short and long-term problems is therefore essential in the formulation of viable solutions and programmes.
