Ethics and Values
Competency Definition: WFP Managers behave in an ethical manner, maintain integrity and use their
power appropriately. In order to ensure such integrity, credibility and accountability among themselves
and staff, WFP Managers are dedicated to shaping and upholding organisational ethics and values, and
reinforcing ethical conduct. When there are ethical dilemmas, Managers solve ethical dilemmas and
create an environment open to their discussion.
