Competency Definition:
Vision is a long-term plan that articulates a desired future state for the organisation. WFP Managers
use WFP’s vision to guide them in the creation and implementation of
strategies, programmes, policies and practices. Managers create excitement, enthusiasm and commitment
for the vision internally and champion WFP’s vision externally.
