EIA Clinic features

Programme Fee for the EIA Clinic: USD 1,000 per person

Target audience: Approximately 30 EIA alumni who have been through the three-day EIA course. The clinic creates the opportunity for ROI Certification.

Facilitators: The clinic is facilitated by staff of the UNSSC and the ROI Institute.

Learning objectives: By the end of the two-day clinic, participants will be able to:
  • Describe the ROI Methodology and how it applies to their organization
  • Present evaluation results to appropriate stakeholders so that they understand the basis for and the opportunity to use the results
  • Identify programmes and projects suitable for Impact and ROI evaluation
  • Explain the “chain of impact” and why it is important to collect a variety of types of data
  • Develop detailed data collection and ROI analysis plans

Pre-clinic requirements: The clinic will require each individual to provide at least a draft of the data collection plan and ROI plan. Each participant will be assigned a case study they will read and prepare to present on the first day of the clinic. This exercise is designed to simulate the presentation of an impact study to an executive group.
