The UN Common Country Programming Processes, commonly known as the CCA/UNDAF process, help the UN to be more relevant and effective by enhancing cooperation among the UN organisations and partnership with their stakeholders at country level.
Effective country programming is essential for supporting governments and civil society partners to achieve and put into practice the Millennium Declaration (MD), the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), and other internationally agreed treaty obligations and development goals.
At country level, this is the work of one UN system, including all resident and non-resident agencies, funds and programmes.
